Q: What locations do you serve? 

A: I provide services for Westchester, Connecticut, Queens, Manhattan, Brooklyn, The Bronx, Staten Island, and some parts of Long Island. Please Contact Usfor travel fee and rates.

 

Q: What type services do you offer?

A: We can provide the highest quality service and artists for Face/body painting and Models, Airbrush/Glitter/Metallic/UV-Blacklight tattoos, Balloon twisting and decor, Caricatures, Magic shows, Henna and Tarot card readings.

 

Q: What is the booking process? 

A: Please Contact Us. We will discuss the services you are interested in booking, location and time of your event, your participating guest count, how much time will be needed for your booking and I will quote a price! If you decide to book services, I will request a non refundable deposit to secure your booking and email either a formal invoice (for corporate events) or informal agreement. I will call the week prior to your event to confirm once again.

 

Q: How do I know how many hours or artists I should book?

A:  The number of hours and artists needed is determined by the service requested and your guest count. If a set time is scheduled for your event, we will advise how many artists will be needed to accommodate participating guests. I have a team of Professional artists in each category of services for large volume events.

 

Q: What kind of Paints and supplies are used? 

A: All products are FDA compliant, hypoallergenic and are specifically designed for the face/body. 

 

Q: What happens if Facepainting by Maria needs to cancel?

A: It is very rare that I need to cancel an event due to a contagious illness or family emergency, but in the event that I do need to cancel I will contact you as soon as possible and offer to replace my services with one of the amazing artists on my team. I will email photos of their work for your approval.

 

Q: What happens if I need to cancel?

It could happen! Your deposit in non-refundable. If your event is cancelled within 2 weeks of your scheduled date the balance is not required. In some cases, full payment might be required but this will be discussed at booking.

 

Q: Are you insured? 

A: Absolutely! A Certificate of Insurance can be provide upon request.
